| Vancouver, B.C., June 18, 2010 -- CAPELLA RESOURCES LTD. (TSX-V: KPS) ("Capella" or the "Company") announced a grant of options to purchase up to 2,280,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") in the Company's news release dated February 8, 2010. The Company subsequently filed a notice with the TSX Venture Exchange for a grant of options to certain directors, officers, consultants and employees of the Company pursuant to an approved share option plan for the purchase of up to 2,230,000 Shares at an exercise price of at $0.45 per Share exercisable on or before February 8, 2015. The directors of the Company have determined that it is in the best interests of the Company to cancel this grant of options for the purchase of up to 2,230,000 Shares. About Capella Resources Ltd.
